A roof quote usually covers the house. Around Hugo, the house is not always the only thing on the lot with shingles on it. Detached garages, shops, pole barns, sheds sitting out past the driveway. If something ever goes wrong with the installation, fixing it is on us, and that is the whole point of our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Your shingles are backed separately by whoever manufactured them. That covers both halves of the job, the work and the materials. If you ever have a question about either one, you call us and we take it from there.

Roof Replacement

The back of this Hugo home runs in a few sections at different angles, and that is where the detail work lives. Everything came off down to the wood and went back on as one roof. A tear-off like this one drops a lot of debris, so the patio and the landscaping underneath it stayed covered from the first shingle to the last. Which One Do You Actually Need?
You do not have to know the answer before you call. Most people get in touch because a neighbor just had work done, or a storm came through, or something looks different than it used to. Somebody climbs up, finds out which of these it is, and tells you. Often enough the answer is that nothing needs doing yet, and we will say so and let you get on with your day. If it does need work, we walk you through the photos so the reason is clear to you, not just to us.
Roof Replacement
The old roof is taken off down to the wood, a whole new systems goes up in its place, and you walk away covered on the labor as well as the shingles.
Roof Repair
One cracked pipe boot does not put a whole roof on the chopping block. If fixing it gets you where you need to be, we will tell you that instead of quoting you a replacement.
Storm Damage
Damage documented properly, written up the way a carrier wants to see it, and somebody on the roof with your adjuster when they come out. You will not be the one making the case for damage by yourself.
